At All Nations Church (ANC), we are a Spirit-filled, Christ-centered community committed to building lives, transforming culture, and glorifying God. Rooted in Scripture and shaped by our Pentecostal/Charismatic heritage, we believe God is still speaking, saving, healing, and empowering people today through the active presence of the Holy Spirit.
Our Charismatic Identity
ANC is a Spirit-filled, charismatic church that believes the gifts of the Holy Spirit—such as tongues, prophecy, healing, and miracles—are active and available to believers today. We embrace Spirit baptism as a distinct and empowering experience that follows salvation and equips believers for bold witness and victorious living.
Our worship is expressive, joyful, and responsive to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

The Vision of ANC
All Nations Church exists to create a faith community of passionate disciples of Jesus Christ, whom Christ will transform to cultivate healthy relationships, engage, and impact culture, communities, cities, and nations for the Kingdom of God.
All Nations Church (then All Nation Church of God) was founded in 1976 by Bishop Winston Desford Maxwell, his wife Mother Christine Maxwell, Missionary Fannie Jewell, Sis. Claudia Lee, and Bro. Hubert Maxwell. Services began in their home at 14 Brown Street in Springfield, marked by passionate prayer, vibrant worship, and strong community.
The church grew rapidly and in 1987 moved into a permanent home at 67 Kenyon Street, where it flourished for more than 30 years. These decades saw the rise of youth ministries, auxiliaries, and community services. In 1999, ANC extended its reach globally by planting a sister church in Wakefield, Trelawny, Jamaica, deepening its missionary vision.
In 2002, Pastor Doyle St. Louis was appointed Senior Pastor, alongside First Lady Evangeline St. Louis. For nearly two decades, they faithfully shepherded the congregation, expanding outreach and strengthening ministries while preparing the way for a new permanent facility.
After years of prayer, ANC purchased its current 20,000-square-foot facility at 70 Leete Street. On December 15, 2019, the congregation held its first worship service in this new home—marking a milestone of faith, growth, and perseverance.
In October 2021, Pastor Robert N. Carter was installed as Senior Pastor, ushering in a season of renewal. Embracing its updated identity as All Nations Church (ANC), the ministry continues to thrive as a multi-generational, multicultural community and Christ-Centered. As ANC approaches its 50th Anniversary in 2026, it celebrates a legacy of faith and looks boldly toward a future of impact.
